24 x 7 Network Support
At Silver Lining we understand that maintaining a telephone presence is absolutely crucial. That’s why we operate a 24×7 network support helpdesk. Our agents are on call 24 hours a day to ensure that if a fault happens, you can be sure it will be dealt with without delay.

IP Vantage
Our support portal allows our customers to log and track fault calls and service requests. Faults can be logged via telephone, web or email and the portal will automatically generate a ticket reference and notify the relevant helpdesk support technicians. Each request is given an SLA depending on the log type and our operations team have real time wall boards to monitor requests and service levels to ensure that all calls are responded too in a timely manner. You the customer can also log in to IP Vantage to view all current and historical tickets, update tickets with comments and run SLA reports.
